This website and the tools and services accessible through this website are owned and operated by ChallengeMeNow LLC. Whenever these Terms of Service refer to “we,” “our,” or “us”, we are referring to ChallengeMeNow LLC and/or ChallengeMeNow as a webpage sole owned by ChallengeMeNow LLC. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of this website indicates that you have read and accepted the most recent changes made in this document.

We make this website available to the general public, subject to these Terms of Service. When you enter a challenge, sponsor a participant or make a donation to a charity organization, you will be asked for your name and email address, unless you are making an anonymous donation. You will be given the option to create a ChallengeMeNow account. In order to access and use our tools and services aside from making a donation, you must complete the account creation process. Access to and use of password-protected and secure areas is restricted to users who have created an account. Any attempt to access restricted areas without authorization is prohibited.

When you create an account with ChallengeMeNow, your user ID will be the email address you provided. Also you will need to choose a password to access the ChallengeMeNow tools and services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Keep your password in a secure place and do not allow any unauthorized persons access to your password. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or other security breach, notify ChallengeMeNow immediately.

For a more effective communication between participants and sponsors, you agree to have your name and/or email address listed in the header and/or subject of certain communications, such as invitations to sponsors, comments, and any other type of informative email.

In order to register a challenge, the participant must define the challenge; choose a beneficiary among registered beneficiaries or else create a new beneficiary. If the participant chooses to create a new beneficiary, the following contact details must be provided: Legal Name, Legal Address, Legal Country, Contact Name, Contact Title, Contact Telephone and Contact E-mail. Once the beneficiary is included, the participant can define and invite the sponsors to formalize the challenge.

NOTE: In case a new beneficiary is created, ChallengeMeNow.com will contact the Beneficiary within 3 working days to verify the information provided and to request relevant bank account information. If the Beneficiary is not in agreement to be mentioned in this website and/or to be part of the Challenge, we will request the Challenger to select another Beneficiary. This change will subsequently be informed to those sponsors that have realized a donation.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with the means to make your personal information and online donations secure. Our Privacy Policy governs ChallengeMeNow’s use of information provided by you, and ChallengeMeNow may amend it from time to time. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Any information, ideas or opinions posted by users of the ChallengeMeNow tools, services or website do not necessarily reflect our views. We do not assume responsibility for the accuracy of any information; ideas or opinions posted by users and are not liable for any claims, damages or losses resulting from such information, ideas or opinions.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have selected the correct organization to raise funds for or to donate to. All donations to charities are made as unrestricted gifts and may not be specified for any particular purpose. The amount of donations to the charity designated by you are charged via an independent credit card processor and paid to, and processed by, ChallengeMeNow.com or its affiliates on such charity’s behalf. Any payments of donations are final and non-refundable. The donations will be held in a separately managed bank account until such time as ChallengeMeNow.com forwards the donations to the charity. ChallengeMeNow.com forwards donations to the charity at intervals as determined by ChallengeMeNow.com and the charity. It is as frequently as weekly but no less frequently than quarterly. Your donations to the charity designated by you will be net of fees totaling 7.5% [plus applicable card processing charges]. This fee structure is subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of ChallengeMeNow.com.

You agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized credit card. Once a donation is made, the transaction is final and not subject to dispute unless unauthorized use of your payment card is proved. If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules.

ChallengeMeNow is not an accounting, taxation or financial advisor, and you should not rely on information given on this website to determine the accounting, tax or financial consequences of making donations to charity. ChallengeMeNow makes no representation as to whether or not all or any portion of the donations to any charity is tax deductible. We strongly recommend that you consult your own advisor/s about any accounting, taxation or financial consequences that may affect you. ChallengeMeNow shall have no liability for any claim by any federal or state tax authority with respect to your characterization of any donations through this website on your federal or state tax returns.
